The gated community of Montserrat West Fort Worth Estates will serve as the host for the 21st Annual Kaleidoscope of Homes, the only single-site luxury home tour planned in the North Texas area this year. Benefiting Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children, and presented by the Greater Fort Worth Builders Association, the event’s private gates will be open to the public September 3 through 25.
According to Shane Golden, event chairman, “For 21 years, the Metroplex has looked to the Fort Worth Builders Association’s Kaleidoscope of Homes for a preview of the latest trends and innovations in green building technology, new home design, merchandising and decorating ideas.
